4. Shipping Restrictions
Blessup Gifts ships to most locations domestically and internationally. However, there may be some restrictions depending on the destination and the item purchased. We will notify you if there are any issues with shipping to your address.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Blessup Gifts is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If an address error occurs, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the package is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for covering the reshipping costs.
